Elodie gathers carefully considered shapes, angles and carved texture into a compact side table. Its top works beside a sofa, against a wall or as a bedside table.

A closer look at Elodie
Carved end grain
A small gouge creates the texture at the top of each leg, with reveals in the tabletop allowing the frame to show.
Shaped by hand
The tabletop reaches its final shape with a spokeshave, taking fine shavings to refine the edges.
Made by me, from start to finish
I personally design and make your piece in my Kerikeri workshop, from selecting the boards to the final finish.
The design of Elodie
Our Elodie handmade side tables are formed from carefully considered shapes, angles and textures gathered together.
The shape of the side table top means this table suits a variety of purposes, against a wall or standalone; it could even be used as a bedside table.
At the top of the legs, the end grain is carefully carved into a trance-like texture using a small chisel/gouge. Reveals are cut out of the top to allow the frame and legs to really feature in the piece.
The top reaches its final finish and shape with the help of the spokeshave tool, taking the finest of shavings.
The Elodie side table was featured in the Parker 18 Exhibition and on the cover of Homestyle magazine (July ’25)
